    Eating has such an impact on the way we feel. Binging on chocolate and sweets isn't uncommon (even for most of the healthiest of us!), but how do we feel afterwards?
     
    My guess is, after the sugar buzz wears off, we're sluggish and in need of even more sugary foods than before to get the energy back!
     
    Approaching your food in a new way takes discipline. There's no need to shock your body into a new way of thinking, but reducing unhealthy intakes a little at a time and adopting a healthy attitude towards what you're putting into your body will gradually improve your mood, stamina, adaptation and overall well being.
