A really simple breakfast that will keep you going until lunch.
You can mix any of your favourite fruits or even jams with yogurt or just eat it plain! It's great for you stomach and great for your health - and very, very simple.
If you can avoid ready-flavoured yogurts, do. They are of ten full of sugars which can be avoided simply by adding your own selection of fruit and cereal.
Take a pot of plain yogurt (plain greek is best)
Chop up fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, banana or any of your favourites
Take some granola or museli (optional)
Put all your ingredients into a small bowl and mix together.
Add a small amount of honey for sweetness.
